Welcome to Soltura. By accessing our game on Android or the Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Age: You must be at least 13 years old to create a cloud-synced account.
Guest Play: You may play Soltura as a Guest. Guest data is stored locally on your device and in the cloud, however it may be lost if you clear your browser cache or uninstall the app.
Google Accounts: To take part in Achievements, you are required to use a Google Play Games account. To be able to restore your account data if you have wiped your game data you are required to sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. In-App Purchases and Ads

Ad-Supported: Soltura is free to play and supported by advertisements via Google AdMob in the Android app.
Remove Ads Purchase: We offer a one-time "Premium" upgrade to remove interstitial advertisements. This purchase is linked to your Google Account.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled at our discretion or via the policies of the Google Play Store.

3. Fair Play and Leaderboards

To maintain a competitive and fun environment for all heroes, you agree NOT to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated software to play the game or submit scores.
Manipulate game data packets or the "Action Log" sent to our verification servers.

Sanctions: We reserve the right to remove any score from the leaderboards or ban accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, have engaged in cheating or unfair play.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Automatic Deletion: To keep our servers fast and secure, accounts that are older than 90 days and have not completed a single game will be automatically and permanently deleted.

Manual Deletion: If you have completed at least one game, your data is retained safely in the cloud indefinitely. However, you have total control over your data. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you may use the "Delete Account" button in the game settings at any time. This action is permanent and will instantly erase your account, scores, Hero Chronicles, and Premium status from our servers.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

"As Is" Basis: Soltura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Soltura or its developers be liable for any loss of game progress, data, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
